Tuition
There are 2 schedule options to determine your tuition. Schedule A gives you more days at school while Schedule B gives you more time off; 1 week for Spring Break, a week for Thanksgiving, 2 weeks for the holidays, etc. Your tuition is based upon the schedule you choose. Toddler Before and After Care
Each payment is per installment - a total of 12 installments over the course of the year.
Before Care: Children arrive anytime between 7:30 and 9:00. The children are able to finish their breakfast from home and work on their Montessori materials before class time begins at 9:00 am. All breakfast needs to be completed by 8:30 to allow for clean up and prep for the 9:00 start time.
After Care: Children are picked up anytime between 3:00 and 6:30 pm. The children will enjoy more outdoor time, an After Care craft, an afternoon snack and continue to work with their Montessori materials with their teacher until 4:00. Depending on the day the children can also enjoy some of the Enrichment programs such as Computer Enrichment and Bizzy Growin Fitt. The children in the After Care program have a daily routine of events to continue the consistency they are used to in the classroom. All Montessori philosophies and activities are continued in the After Care program along with other playful activities.

REGISTRATION AND MATERIALS FEES
There is a $150 non-refundable application fee ($125 for returning students) and deposit due at time of enrollment. To reserve a space, both the application fee and deposit must be made.
Materials fees are due every 6 months: Primary $100 Toddler $75
MONTHLY INSTALLMENT PLANS
Families choosing the monthly installment plan will make the first installment payment upon enrollment. The remaining payments will be made every month by the first of the month, beginning the following month. There are no finance charges for the payment plan. For families who enroll at after the first a full payment is required and the next full payment is due on the 1st of the next month. The final payment will be pro-rated according to the first month of enrollment.
Monthly payments are due on the first of the given month and are assessed a $25 late fee if paid after the 1st and an additional $10 each day the payment continues to be late.

*Full Year: 5% discount on the annual tuition only
*60% upon enrollment - 40% January 1: 3% discount on the annual tuition only
*Siblings receive a $25 Per Month Discount
We are open year round but for the families who only need a summer program we gladly accept enrollment just for the months of June and July. During the summer we are open from 7:30-6:30 and have programs for ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. We continue with our curriculum and monthly themes. In the summer we implement more outdoor experiences and a more relaxed routine. The students can have an enjoyable time working with many crafts, songs, games, and still be surrounded by the Montessori philosophy and materials. A separate enrollment form is required if a student will be joining us for only the summer.
WE ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express payments are available through Trilogy payment system.
All checks deposited by FWMS with insufficient funds are assessed a $25 return fee.
